About Us

Who are we?

Anexa Veterinary Services has 11 clinics across the Waikato and Hauraki Plains. We service dairy and dry stock farms and also care for your family pets.

We are a vet club which means we were established by farmers for farmers, and are governed by a Board of elected farmers. We passionately support the rural communities that our clinics service, through animal health education (farm staff training, seminars, and events), fair pricing, and sponsorship for our local schools and sport clubs.

We have a strong culture of evidence-based medicine. From the advice we give to the products we use, our recommendations have been well researched. We also have strong connections within the Dairy Industry working closely with DairyNZ. Our senior vets are involved in training other vets from all over the country through continuing education programmes. We also offer Massey University veterinary students placements and experience throughout the year. Each clinic offers a different mix of farm and companion animal services, dependent on their community’s needs.

Our staff enjoy a family-oriented team, with four key values underpinning our approach to our work life, these are:

• Think TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More)

• Do the right thing

• Challenge

• Commit and deliver.
