Onsite Lab testing

Established by farmers, for farmers, Anexa Vets have a good understanding what it takes to run your farm. To keep up with the ever-changing needs of the farming sector and ever-growing sample testing requirements, we offer laboratory testing that enables faster and cheaper testing for our members. Laboratory services include: 

• Somatic cell count, milk culture and antimicrobial susceptibility testing 
• Faecal testing includes: Salmonella, Yersinia, Campylobacter, Calf scour testing (Rotavirus, Coronavirus, E. coli, Cryptosporidium)
• Aerobic cultures from small and production animal swabs/urine/ blood/ tissue/fluid samples 
• Parasite testing: faecal egg counts, Coccidia, drench trials (sheep, goats, cattle, horses, small animals) 
• Haematology and biochemistry on blood samples from small animals and production animal 
• PH and bacterial colony count of the grass silage
• Nitrate testing
