We are looking for a capable Veterinarian to work collaboratively with the Business and Leadership team to lead technical business-based Training & Development activities and initiatives across all stakeholder areas within the business. This is a broad hands-on Training and Development Veterinarian role with high levels of staff engagement, client engagement, and interaction across all areas of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing and delivering training programs for all veterinarians and paraclinical staff across Anexa to guarantee we continue to provide the highest standards of practice, ensuring Anexa’s reputation for industry stewardship within the Veterinary profession is maintained and enhanced.

- Massey Vet student Relationships
- Production Animal Vet Clinical Continuous Professional Development
- Companion Animal Vet Clinical Continuous Professional Development
- Paraclinical Clinical Continuous Professional Development
- Support staff Clinical Continuous Professional Development
- Farm staff training
- Clinical procedures and fee structuring
- Business strategy and new product development
