About Anexa
Anexa Veterinary Services has 11 veterinary clinics across the Waikato and Hauraki Plains providing services to family pets, and both dairy and drystock farmers. Each of our clinics is unique but at Anexa we are one team.
About the Ngaruawahia clinic
Our Ngaruawahia clinic is a new, purpose-built clinic. It is a fast-paced and rewarding place to work and provides services to both companion animal and large animal clients. The Ngaruwahia clinic stocks farming products, a range of premium cat/dog food, production and companion animal health products and a range of pet accessories. This is a great opportunity to work with farmers, vets, pets, and their owners in a growing and thriving community.
The team is made up of 3 Vet Nurses, 2 Customer Service team members and 3 veterinarians.
About the role
This role is 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday based within our Ngaruawahia Clinic, with potential to join the Morrinsville Saturday morning roster 9am – 12pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional face to face customer service within our retail store.
- Being the first port of call for all our clients over the phone.
- Booking in companion animal and production animal farm calls.
- Being an integral part of the day to day running of the clinic.
- Ensuring the clinic is always clean and sparkling for our valued customers.
- Liaising with and supporting vets and farmers.
- Completing month end duties, inventory management and further administration duties.
This role will suit someone with a background in customer service, retail, or administration. Previous experience working within the veterinary industry, farming industry, qualification or experience in Vet Nursing would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be given to the right person to join our team.
