We aim to provide exceptional customer service and vet nurse support across all clinics and we are always looking out for casual staff to join our team and to provide the following:
- Customer Service or Vet Nurse support during times of increased workloads
- Cover for sick and annual leave of permanent employees
Casual Customer Service and Vet Nurses are the first point of contact for our loyal clients, therefore strong communication and organisational skills are essential. The main duties for Customer Services are answering phones, booking on-farm Vet visits and Small animal clinic visits and providing face to face customer services. Vet Nursing responsibilities include assisting Veterinarians in consultations and surgery, cleaning, maintaining equipment and admitting and discharging patients. Due to the nature of these roles, flexibility in location and times of work is essential. This is a fun role as you get to travel around to different clinics and meet lots of different people within a supportive team. If you have customer service and administration skills, knowledge of the veterinary/farming industries or vet nursing experience and are looking for a flexible job in a fun and supportive team, complete the application form and we will be in touch.
If you would like to express your interest in a full time, customer services or vet nurse role in one of our 12 clinics, please complete the application form with your preferred role and location and if we have a suitable role available, we will let you know.
