Breeding Cattle

• Pregnancy testing booked (8 week post bull out)
• Trace element testing
• BVD tested your replacements
• Drench for light Cows
• Ready for Facial Eczema? Zinc can be put in water or boluses.
• Tickicide applied

 

Dairy Grazers

• Are vaccinations complete?
  – Leptospirosis
  – BVD
  – Salmonella
  – IBR
• Facial Eczema prevention plan in place
• Ryegrass staggers plan in place
• Lungworm drench
• Tickicide applied
• Weight checked 

 

Sheep

• Ram palpations completed
• Toxoplasmosis and Campylobacter Vaccination ordered/given
• Flystrike prevention applied
• Barbers pole drench ready to go
• Lambs had second clostridial vaccine (5in1)
• Facial eczema Zinc sourced
• Watching out for Viral Pneumonia
• Quarantine drenched incoming Rams or store lambs
• Consider vasectomising rams
