He brings together experience from training in New Zealand, Australia, England, and the USA with the elite units of police, prisons, emergency services, the military, and the FBI. His talks are grounded in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology. Lance focuses on Wellness, Awareness, Resilience and Motivation within his talks and has worked with other businesses such as Fonterra, Rural support Trust and Zoetis.
