As you would have heard, New Zealand has moved to COVID Alert Red. This changes the way we need to operate, we ask you to:

• Wear a mask and show a valid vaccine pass when visiting Anexa clinics. If you can’t wear a mask or don’t have a valid vaccine pass we can still provide a service, but it will need to be contactless – give us a call, and the staff will direct you.
• Respect in-clinic customer capacity limits. If the clinic is full, please wait outside.

It is also important to note:

• Staff only in consult rooms. When we can’t maintain 1m distancing as required, these areas will become staff-only areas.
• We are happy to provide a contactless service on request – just give us a call.
• COVID precautions mean we need to re-organise farm work accordingly and it may also mean longer waiting times for your pets. We thank you for your understanding during this time. Your animal’s health and wellbeing is our priority.
• Clinics are open weekdays only. Raglan, Morrinsville and Thames will not be running Saturday clinics during this time.
